Job description for Front Desk Receptionist at Body Factory Bali
Body Factory Bali is a leading lifestyle, fitness, and wellness destination in Canggu, Bali, offering a 360° approach to health and performance through world-class training facilities, recovery experiences, classes, meal plans, and a strong community.
We are currently looking for a Gym Receptionist to be part of our front-of-house team and become one of the first points of contact for our members and guests. You’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience from the moment they arrive at Body Factory Bali.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome and assist members and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle daily reception and front desk operations.
- Assist with member check-ins, bookings, inquiries, and general requests.
- Provide information about our gym facilities, classes, services, and membership options.
- Support membership-related administration and communication.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth member experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle member concerns professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
What we’re looking for:
- Bali-based / currently staying in Bali.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, fitness, or front-office roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality.
- Comfortable interacting with both local and international members.
- Good English communication skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Able to work on-site with flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, proactive, disciplined, and a team player.
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and creating great member experiences is a plus.
- Able to start immediately.
