Front Desk (Reception) Position – Bali
We are currently looking for a Front Desk (Reception) professional based in Bali. This position is responsible for front office operations, including guest reception, handling guest complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
The Front Desk (Reception) staff should be able to work in a dynamic environment, deliver the best guest experience, and ensure that all operational procedures run smoothly. Success in this role will contribute to creating a positive work environment and enhancing the hotel’s reputation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum education: Diploma degree
* 1–3 years of experience in customer service, management, hospitality, or tourism industry
* Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
* Good communication and customer relationship skills
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
* Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience in front office hotel operations is highly preferred
