Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle appointment scheduling and patient registration.
- Process cashier transactions accurately.
- Explain treatments, products, and promotional programs.
- Follow up with patients and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum SMU/SMK
- Experience as Receptionist, Cashier, Customer Service, Front Office, or Beauty Advisor is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and well-groomed.
- Customer-oriented with good sales skills.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and digital systems.
- Willing to work in shifts.
