Job description for Front Desk Agent at LPP HOTEL GROUP
Job Description :
Greet guests in a warm, polite, and professional manner.
Perform check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with company standards.
Handle room reservations through direct bookings, phone calls, or emails.
Ensure accurate reservation data is recorded in the system.
Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, breakfast hours, pool location, and more.
Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, complaints, and inquiries.
Register guest information, verify identification, and handle payments and invoices.
Prepare daily reports on guest arrivals and departures.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and room service to ensure guest needs are met.
Forward special requests or complaints to the appropriate department.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area at all times.
Provide brochures and other relevant information to guests.
Operate the BIG/DSI system efficiently.
Accurately input guest data, room status, and transactions into the system.

Male / Female
Good attitude is a must
Strong interpersonal, good performance
Guest service oriented, well groomed
Familiar to operate BIG/DSI System
Have Experience Min 1 years
