Job description for Front Desk Agent at PT Kreasi Rasa Group

- Perempuan

- Fasih dalam berbahasa Inggris

- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (diutamakan jurusan Perhotelan/Pariwisata)

- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Front Desk / Hostess / Receptionist (diutamakan di bidang F&B atau hospitality)

- Berpenampilan rapi, bersih, dan profesional

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan ramah dalam melayani tamu

- Mampu menangani reservasi melalui telepon, WhatsApp, dan email dengan detail dan teliti

- Terbiasa menggunakan sistem POS / sistem reservasi serta mengoperasikan komputer (Ms. Office)

- Memahami proses transaksi dan mampu menangani pembayaran tunai maupun non tunai

- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan mampu menangani komplain dengan baik

- Dapat bekerja secara tim maupun individu

- Bersedia bekerja shift, termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur
