Job Responsibilities:
• Experience in managing On Line Travel Agent (OTA) platform such Agoda, Booking.com, Tiket.com, AirBnB and others.
• Experience with PMS software such as Bookandlink or equivalent.
• Proficient in using OTA extranets and channel managers.
• Handling guest check-in / check-out.
With Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 - 2 years experienced in the same field
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Well groomed and professional appearance
• Ability to manage teams with a hands on and guest oriented approach.
• Knowledge of hospitality systems, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Willing to work in Uluwatu area
