Qualifications:
Male, maximum 30 years old
Minimum Senior High School/Vocational School (Hospitality preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Well-groomed, friendly, and service-oriented
Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Familiar with Front Office operations is an advantage
Physically fit and able to join immediately
Responsibilities:
Assist guests during check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
Maintain guest records and Front Office administration
Support daily Front Office operations and ensure guest satisfaction
