Job description for Fresher Japanese IT Communicator at Công ty TNHH PixtaVietnam
Job Location: Pixta VN, No 1 Phung Chi Kien, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
Working time: Mon ~ Fri; 8:00 am ~ 5:00 pm
IT Communicator (Engineering Department), plays an important role in ensuring smooth project development and effective collaboration among related partners.
About the responsibilities
Communicate and Coordinate
Translate product requirements and related documents
Ensure transparent information exchange through various communication channels, including email, meetings, and chats
Foster communication and coordination among stakeholders in Japan and Vietnam
Cultivate a comfortable working environment and build trust between the development team and stakeholders
Ensuring quality and progress
Execute quality assurance for product development, which includes testing
Manage project progress and timelines effectively
Monitor and enhance the team’s performance
About you
Language
Japanese: N2 level equivalent or higher
English: communication level
Proactive and highly responsible, eager to learn and hardworking
Have systematic thinking, good logical thinking, absorb new knowledge quickly, have the ability to propose problems and problem solving
Nice to have the following skills
Experience working in the IT field, Japanese companies
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum
