Fresh Graduate program adalah program yang dibuat dari perusahaan di Arab Saudi dalam membentuk kandidat agar memiliki skill dalam electrical teknisi seperti (wireman dan assembler) atau posisi lainnya sesuai dengan basic skill yang dimiliki kandidat.
Job Deskripsi:
Kandidat akan bekerja di lini produksi produk listrik, termasuk pemasangan kabel,
perakitan panel kontrol, dan instalasi komponen listrik. Kandidat harus mampu
memahami gambar teknik listrik dan mengikuti standar keselamatan kerja.
Pemasangan Kabel: Menghubungkan kabel listrik untuk sistem tegangan rendah, membaca diagram kabel, serta memperbaiki masalah kelistrikan.
Perakitan Peralatan Listrik: Merakit panel kontrol, switchboard, papan sirkuit, dan transformator sesuai spesifikasi.
Keamanan & Kepatuhan: Mengikuti protokol keselamatan kerja, mematuhi standar listrik, dan menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD).
Main Requirements:
1. Education:
- Min. education Vocational High School - Maks. D3 : Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering some internship experiences (Bachelor Degree not applicable).
2. Experience:
- Experienced in Manufacture Industry for min. 6 months.
3. Language Proficiency:
- Mandatory to have Basic English conversation without translator help
4. Additional Skills:
- Knowledgable in Panel Control Assembly, Power Components Installation, read Technical Drawing, and familiarity with HSE
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
(Priority: Domicile in Jakarta, Padang, Surabaya, Semarang, Yogyakarta Area)
Compensation Package:
- Salary SAR 1600 (Rp 6,500.000 – Rp 7.000.000)
- 6 Months Probation, and 1 Month on site training on KSA
- Performance Based Bonus every 3 months 1500SAR-2600SAR (After probation period for 6 months)
- Housing is provided
- Full time working agreement for 2 years including 40 days off at the end of the agreement
- Round trip ticket and Visa application provided
- Transportation and daily meals provided
- HealthInsurance provided
- Overtime available provided after probation period
- 6 working days a week with possibility overtime after probation
- Free accommodation, transportation, sport center, food, mosque, internet, barbershop, etc.
