Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bandung for a Freight Forwarder Marketing position. The primary responsibilities include promoting freight forwarding services, coordinating with customers to understand their shipping needs, and developing strategies to attract and retain clients. The role also requires managing export-related tasks, ensuring smooth freight transportation, and providing excellent customer service throughout the shipping process.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation
Experience with Forwarding and Export processes
Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to maintain effective client relationships
Strong communication and organizational skills
A proactive attitude and ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments
Background in logistics or related industries is an advantage
