Komunikatif, persuasif, dan enak diajak ngobrol
Responsif & terbiasa kerja dengan target
Disiplin (tidak slow respon saat jam kerja)

Job Description

Membalas chat customer dengan cepat, ramah, dan persuasif
Menggali kebutuhan customer & memberikan rekomendasi produk yang sesuai
Melakukan follow up (closing)
Mengarahkan customer sampai transaksi berhasil
Input order ke sistem dengan rapi & akurat
Koordinasi dengan tim operasional
Menjaga response time & kualitas pelayanan
Mencapai target harian (chat → deal)
Membuat laporan closing sederhana
