We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Trainers Collaboration Staff member to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the Freelance Trainers Collaboration Staff in sourcing, screening, developing, and managing trainers for various training programs. The ideal candidate should have some experience in business training, consultancy, or related fields, along with strong communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Trainer Sourcing: Help find and recruit qualified trainers with expertise in different business areas.
- Maintain Trainer Relationships: Stay in contact with trainers to ensure they're available for training sessions and address any concerns they have.
- Assist in Contracts and Agreements: Help prepare materials and communicate with trainers during contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in business training and consultancy, preferably in the in-house training/business training or consultancy sector.
- Fluent English speaking and listening skills is a MUST; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong business communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to source, assess, and manage trainers effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with trainers and clients.
