Job Desk Teknisi AC Presisi (PAC) – Data Center

Domisili Bali - Tabanan

Freelance harian dua ratus sampai duaratus lima puluh ribu

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Utama

1. Melakukan Preventive Maintenance

Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin unit AC presisi/PAC sesuai jadwal maintenance.

Membersihkan filter, evaporator, condenser, humidifier, dan komponen lainnya.

Mengecek tekanan refrigerant, temperatur, kelembaban, serta performa unit.

Melakukan pencatatan hasil inspeksi dan maintenance checklist.

2. Monitoring Operasional Unit

Memastikan suhu dan kelembaban ruang data center tetap sesuai standar.

Memantau alarm pada sistem PAC melalui panel kontrol atau BMS (Building Management System).

Mengawasi kondisi kerja compressor, fan motor, condenser, dan sistem kontrol.

3. Troubleshooting dan Corrective Maintenance

Mendiagnosa kerusakan pada unit PAC/CRAC/CRAH.

Melakukan perbaikan kerusakan mekanikal, elektrikal, dan sistem refrigerasi.

Mengganti sparepart yang rusak seperti sensor, contactor, capacitor, fan motor, dan lain-lain.

Menangani emergency breakdown untuk menjaga cooling data center tetap stabil.

4. Pengoperasian Sistem Pendingin Data Center

Mengoperasikan unit PAC sesuai SOP dan standar operasional data center.

Memastikan distribusi airflow cold aisle dan hot aisle berjalan optimal.

Membantu menjaga efisiensi pendinginan dan energy saving.

5. Pembuatan Laporan

Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait kondisi unit.

Melaporkan temuan abnormal kepada supervisor atau engineer.

Mendokumentasikan histori perbaikan dan penggunaan sparepart.

6. Kepatuhan Keselamatan Kerja

Mematuhi prosedur K3 dan standar keselamatan kerja.

Menggunakan APD saat bekerja.

Memastikan pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai standar keamanan data center.

Kemampuan yang Dibutuhkan

Memahami sistem HVAC dan refrigerasi.

Memahami kerja unit PAC/CRAC/CRAH.

Mengerti electrical basic dan control panel.

Mampu membaca wiring diagram dan troubleshooting.

Memahami penggunaan alat ukur seperti manifold gauge, clamp meter, dan multimeter.

Memahami dasar Building Management System (BMS).

Kualifikasi Umum

Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3 Teknik Pendingin, Teknik Elektro, atau Teknik Mesin.

Memiliki pengalaman menangani AC presisi/HVAC lebih disukai.

Bersedia bekerja shifting.

Mampu bekerja di lingkungan critical facility/data center.
