WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Scout and cast a massive variety of talents- from top-tier content creators to niche, everyday people (yes, we mean everyone from kids to grandpas!)
• Work your magic in a fast-paced environment, securing the right talents even for last-minute, next-day shoots
• Coordinate seamlessly with cotent creators and our internal production team
• Handle end-to-end talent administration, from negotiating the best rates to drafting clear contracts
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience in talent scouting or management with an incredibly diverse network (you know everyone from regular folks to models!)
• A resilient hustler who thrives under tight deadlines and doesn't panic when we need someone on set tomorrow
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals that work for both the talent and the project budget
• Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of talent agreements and contract management
