Job description for Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist at MGS Indonesia
PT Mega Giga Solusindo is looking for a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment needs on a project basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring recruitment targets are met within the project timeline.
This is a project-based freelance opportunity that requires full-time, on-site work at our Yogyakarta office, Monday to Friday, from 08.00 to 17.00 WIB, throughout the project period.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct phone/video interviews based on position requirements.
- Coordinate with internal HR teams and clients regarding position requirements and candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and users/clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from interview stages through offering and onboarding.
- Prepare and regularly update recruitment progress reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pool and database, particularly for IT candidates.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. Background in Psychology or Human Resources Management is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in IT or IT Outsourcing.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with IT positions such as Programmer, Network Engineer, System Analyst, IT Support, and other IT roles is a plus.
- Familiar with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Target-oriented and able to work effectively under deadlines.
- Able to work independently while maintaining regular coordination with the internal team.
- Having an existing network or talent pool of IT candidates is a plus.
- Willing to Work Onsite at our Yogyakarta Office.
- Available to commit to the project duration.
