About the role
Pinhome Home Services is growing its presence across Tangerang's top home-service categories - home cleaning, AC servicing, and massage - through content-first social channels built to earn organic reach and drive bookings.
We're looking for a Freelance Social Media Specialist to run two accounts - one TikTok, one Instagram (Reels-first) - built on repurposed, re-edited short-form video. You'll own both end to end: sourcing content, editing it to our production standard, warming up and maintaining the accounts, publishing on cadence, and reporting what performs.
This is a hands-on production role for someone who understands, from real practice, how repurposed content wins reach on TikTok and IG Reels in 2026 - and who can grind out a consistent weekly output without dropping quality.
What you will do
- Manage two accounts (1 TikTok, 1 Instagram), each covering all three service categories on a weekly rotation (cleaning, AC, massage, plus one flex opening for the prior week's best-performing format), publishing four posts per account each week
- Build each account with tracking wired from day one - bio link, tracked link, and voucher code in place before the first post
- Warm up each account before launch: complete bio and profile photo, then a minimum three-day routine of following, liking, and commenting on in-niche accounts, with activity logged
- Source and reedit content to meet our business needs
- Adapt edits across both platforms with platform-native exports - clean files, native captions and covers, and never a visible TikTok watermark on an Instagram upload
- A/B test hook styles weekly; hooks decide reach and we review retention curves, not just view counts
- Fill and follow the weekly content plan template (pre-set posting openings, staggered times), marking each post's transform steps and status for QC approval before it goes up
What you will need
- A track record of growing TikTok and/or Instagram Reels accounts organically with repurposed/re-edited content - you can show accounts you've run, not just posts you've made
- Strong, fast short-form editing (CapCut or equivalent): split-screen layouts, mirroring, color/exposure adjustment, overlays, voiceover
- A current, practical understanding of how TikTok and Instagram treat unoriginal content and new accounts - and how proper re-editing and warm-up keep an account healthy and reaching
- A sharp instinct for hooks and Indonesian internet culture, with natural, relatable Bahasa writing (Tangerang/Jabodetabek familiarity a plus)
- The discipline to hit 8 posts a week on schedule, log every transform step, and report honestly
- Your own editing setup, separate emails per account, and ideally more than one device or profile for clean account management
- Nice to have: experience with home services, local business, or UGC-style content
