Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Management:
• Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to the beauty industry.
• Create visually appealing and engaging posts, videos, and stories across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality content.
2. Social Media Strategy:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to align with marketing goals and product launches.
• Monitor beauty trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to ensure content stays relevant and fresh.
• Suggest and implement new features (e.g., Reels, live sessions) to grow engagement.
3. Community Engagement:
• Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Build relationships with beauty enthusiasts and influencers to foster a loyal community.
• Address customer inquiries or complaints on social media in coordination with the customer service team.
4. Performance Analysis:
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, clicks, conversions).
• Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.
5. Collaboration:
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and paid collaborations to promote brand awareness.
