Job Description :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offering, until onboarding stage
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and other platforms)
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth recruitment process for candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate pipeline, and hiring progress updates
- Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and timelines
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 1 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in a fast-paced environment (Experienced handling recruitment for IT role)
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Familiar with recruitment tools, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or job portals is a plus
- Able to manage multiple hiring needs and priorities simultaneously
- Willing to work by Hybrid system in BSD
