Are you a top-notch recruiter with a knack for finding exceptional talent? We’re looking for a freelance recruiter to help us identify and hire the best candidates for our clients. If you have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and securing top-tier talent, we want to hear from you!
Job Description:
- You will be "hunting" candidates for our clients and most of the time you will be on the phone with them
- You will work closely with us to deliver the right candidates for them
- There will be some administrative tasks involved such as editing CV, interview arrangement, updating and preparing documents, updating database, etc
Job Requirement:
- Required years of experience ranging from at least 3 years of total working experience in recruitment/headhunting (general)/tech recruitment (we count your internship experience if it is relevant).
- Must have a "hunter mentality": competitive and ambitious
- Must have a strong achievement track record
- Self-starter, high initiative, and self-motivated
- Agile and adaptable; Have a growth mindset
- Required language(s): English (minimum TOEFL 500/IELTS 6 or equivalent), and Bahasa Indonesia

- Generally, dislike interacting with people (you will at least talk with 10 people per day on the phone)
- Are awkward when communicating with people
