Job description for Freelance Observer Lapangan at Aksoro

Job Description:

Mengamati perilaku peserta selama acara dan mencatat secara terstruktur
Mengidentifikasi pola atau respons perilaku berdasarkan rangkaian kegiatan dalam acara
Menyusun laporan observasi singkat dan jelas untuk mendukung proses evaluasi acara
Berkoordinasi dan berkomunikasi dengan tim acara untuk memastikan akurasi data yang dikumpulkan
Menjaga profesionalisme, ketelitian, dan kerahasiaan selama proses observasi berlangsung

Requirements:

Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate dari jurusan Psikologi atau bidang terkait
Domisili di Jabodetabek
Sehat jasmani dan rohani untuk mengikuti kegiatan outdoor
Proaktif, teliti, kreatif, dan memiliki keterlibatan tinggi dalam berbagai kegiatan
Memiliki pengalaman dalam observasi perilaku dan penyusunan laporan singkat
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan senang berinteraksi sosial
Mampu mengendarai kendaraan bermotor
Bersedia untuk mobilisasi ke area Bogor
