Job Description :
- Assist and accompany Japanese guests and exhibitors during exhibitions.
- Provide Japanese–English–Bahasa Indonesia interpretation during meetings, discussions, and event activities.
- Support Japanese guests with registration, venue navigation, schedules, and general event needs.
- Facilitate communication between Japanese guests and the event team.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide professional assistance throughout the exhibition.
- Support other translation and guest-handling tasks as required.
Job Requirements :
- JLPT N2 or N3 certification is required.
- Fluent in Japanese and English, both spoken and written.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in translation, guest handling, exhibitions, or events is preferred.
- Available to work on-site from 2–4 October at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta.
- Willing to work according to exhibition hours and event requirements.
