Joy Group, a multinational beauty company HQ’d in Shanghai, is making waves in Indonesia with the launch of Judydoll — our first playful and expressive beauty brand. We’re currently looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer who has a strong visual sense, attention to detail, and passion for creating eye-catching designs that bring beauty campaigns to life. 💖

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll support the creative team in developing engaging and visually appealing designs across digital platforms, especially for social media and e-commerce needs. From campaign visuals to PDPs and promotional banners, you’ll help translate Judydoll’s playful and expressive identity into impactful creative assets. ✨

🎨 Your day-to-day includes:

• Create visual assets for social media, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns
• Design PDPs (Product Detail Pages) and e-commerce banners that align with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute campaign concepts and promotional materials
• Adapt designs across different formats and brand aesthetics as needed
• Support motion graphics or simple animations for digital content when required
• Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders

💄 You’re the one if you:

• Experienced in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects (3D software is a plus)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Able to adapt to different visual styles and brand aesthetics
• Experienced in creating PDPs and e-commerce banners
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tight deadlines effectively
• Open to feedback and able to communicate ideas clearly
• Experience in the beauty industry is preferred
• Comfortable working in a Hybrid working arrangement (WFO from Setiabudi, South Jakarta)
