About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with Illustration skill to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and editing illustration-based content that meets the creative needs of our clients. As part of our freelance talent pool, you will work on various projects based on client requirements, with tasks and compensation assigned on a per-project basis.

Requirements:

• Have a solid portofolio of graphic designing (social media, illustrator, motion graphic, poster, instagram story, banner, etc)
• Proficient on using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effect etc
• Have a strong aesthetic and color perception ability, creative, quick thinking, flexible, have good expression skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Can work on tight schedule

Job description :

• Develop engaging design content that align with the client’s brand standards and visual aesthetics, including but not limited to digital content and digital marketing materials.
• Understand the brand needs from the brief provided by Dibilabs.id
• Understand brand voice, tone, manner, and visual guidelines from different brands
• Deliver design and revision in a timely manner. deadlines are set by Dibilabs.id and agreed upon before accepting the project
• Work closely with the creative director of Dibilabs.id to review and revise designs as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the overall quality of internal communication materials.
