Job description:
Mimpi Mannis is looking for an experienced Freelance Visual Merchandiser to help elevate the presentation of our boutique stores across Bali.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for fashion, styling and retail presentation who understands how great visual merchandising can increase customer engagement and sales.
About the Role:
You will visit two stores each week on a rotating schedule.
Example rotation:
* Week 1: Lembongan & Uluwatu
* Week 2: Ubud & Pererenan
Each visit will focus on refreshing the store, ensuring displays are inspiring, and maintaining consistency across all locations.
Responsibilities:
* Create beautiful, commercially focused product displays.
* Style mannequins and feature displays.
* Refresh merchandising to keep stores looking new and exciting.
* Improve customer flow throughout the store.
* Merchandise collections by colour, story and category.
* Ensure all stores follow Mimpi Mannis visual standards.
* Work closely with store teams to maintain displays between visits.
* Identify opportunities to improve product presentation and increase sales.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Visual Merchandiser for a fashion retail brand.
* Excellent styling and merchandising skills.
* Strong understanding of customer shopping behaviour.
* A creative eye with exceptional attention to detail.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple store locations.
* Reliable transport and willingness to travel between stores, including Nusa Lembongan.
