📝 Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive, and effective English lessons aligned with the institution's curriculum and academic framework for students of all levels, from Kindergarten to University/General English.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching reports.
- Help maintain student retention by delivering high-quality, engaging, and student-centered lessons.
🔎 Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in English Language Education (Required).
- Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience. (Experience in Private teaching is an advantage)
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Minimum TOEFL score of 500 or equivalent.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a strong understanding of English grammar and language skills.
- Communicative, friendly, interactive, creative, and passionate about teaching.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with design tools such as Canva.
