🚨 *URGENT HIRING – Freelance Customer Service Admin (English Speaking & Writing)*
medicallexpat.com (part of medi-call.id) is looking for a Customer Service Admin to handle foreign / expat patient inquiries via WhatsApp & phone calls.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing) is mandatory
• Background in hospitality, villa, hotel, guest relation, travel, or healthcare industry preferred
• Experienced in handling expat / foreigner guests or clinic patients is highly preferred
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Able to handle emergency or urgent patient requests calmly and professionally
• Fast response and able to multitask via WhatsApp & phone calls
• Comfortable communicating with foreign patients from different countries & cultures
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Able to work independently while WFH/remotely
• Basic understanding of medical/admin workflow is a plus
• Familiar with Google Workspace / WhatsApp Business / online booking coordination
• Preferred domicile: Denpasar / Bali or Jakarta
Job Scope:
• Handle incoming patient requests via WhatsApp & phone calls
• Assist foreign patients professionally in English
• Coordinate doctor visits, appointments, and patient requests
• Follow up patient inquiries and operational coordination
• Maintain professional communication and patient experience
💰 Fee starts from Rp 2.000.000/month
