Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Develop creative content ideas that align with brand objectives and current social media trends.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute video content production for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Conduct on-site content shoots, including setting up scenes, directing talent, and ensuring smooth production flow.
- Create scripts, content briefs, and shooting plans for video content.
- Edit video content into engaging short-form and long-form formats optimized for social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, Content Producer, or similar role.
- Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Experienced in video production, including content planning, shooting, directing, and editing.
- Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Comfortable appearing behind the camera and directing talent when needed.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and content quality.
- Portfolio showcasing social media content, video production, and editing work is required.
