What You Will Do:
- Lead the creative team and ensuring all design work aligns with brand guidelines
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and mentorship to creative teams
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and aesthetics across all platforms and deliverables
Requirements:
- Min 4 years of experience as an Art Director, with a proven track record in branding and advertising
- Have a strong & diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in art direction and concept development across multiple platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire creative teams
- Proven experience working as a freelancer, with the ability to manage your own schedule, handle multiple clients, and work independently
