Tentang Posisi
Agent Acquisition bertugas untuk mengajak lebih banyak Kantor Properti dan Agen Properti untuk bergabung dengan Pinhome dan menggunakan fitur Bantuan Agen. Agent Acquisition akan fokus melakukan hiring atau program outreach khusus untuk area Bali dan sekitarnya dengan jam kerja fleksibel.
What You Will Do
- Bertanggung jawab untuk mengajak lebih banyak Kantor Properti dan Agen Properti untuk memasang iklan di Pinhome di area Bali dan sekitarnya
- Membangun hubungan yang baik antara kantor properti dan agen-agen properti dengan Pinhome
- Memastikan kantor properti dan agen properti melakukan pembaharuan untuk proyeknya
- Memperkenalkan program terbaru Pinhome
What You Will Need
- Berpengalaman di bidang property / sales minimal 2 tahun
- Komunikatif, teliti, akurat, jujur dan bertanggung jawab serta dapat bekerja sama dalam tim
- Mempunyai Laptop/PC serta jaringan internet yang baik/memadai
- Mampu dalam mengoperasikan Ms.Excel/Google Sheet
- Dapat memenuhi target yang diberikan
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai wawasan produk
