Job description for Freelance Academic Development Center at Swiss German University
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve learning materials, such as presentations, handouts, and learning modules, in collaboration with faculty members.
- Edit and produce instructional videos and audio materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Upload, organize, and maintain course materials on the Learning Management System (LMS), such as Moodle.
- Create basic interactive learning materials using multimedia learning principles.
- Review all materials to ensure quality and accuracy before delivery.
- Handle multiple requests from faculty members and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Qualifications:
- Final-year undergraduate student or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Educational Technology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience in editing videos and audio using CapCut, Filmora, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Moodle, Odoo, or equivalent platforms.
- Good time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work on working days (08.00 – 17.00 WIB).
