Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Franchise Partnership Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting our clients' franchise networks. You will work closely with clients to ensure compliance with franchise standards, enhance branch performance, and expand franchise networks.

Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the performance of client franchises, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and standards.
Analyze operational and financial data to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
Develop and implement franchise development strategies, including expansion plans and efficiency improvements.
Provide support and training to franchise owners to enhance operations and customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams and third parties to ensure effective implementation of franchise programs and initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, presenting findings and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in franchise management or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process operational and financial data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in developing strategies and conducting franchise training.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
