Job description for Founder’s Office Associate at We The Daily
The Daily (@we.thedaily on Instagram) is a growing D2C brand focused on coffee equipments and matcha. We employ a data-driven approach to product sourcing, brand development, and overall retail execution.
We are a Jakarta-based, founder-led group of five specialty F&B and lifestyle brands spanning matcha, coffee, and tea. A Founder's Office Associate will work directly with our founder on the problems that cut across every brand: performance, finance, data, growth, and new initiatives. This is a generalist role for someone who wants to see how a multi-brand consumer business runs from the inside.
What you'll do:
- Run business reviews and track KPIs across brands
- Own dashboards, our in-house ERP, and marketplace reconciliation
- Lead growth analyses and special projects, from new channels to product launches
- Prepare founder briefings and drive key decisions to completion
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of work experience at a fast-growing and fast-paced company.
- Strong Excel/Sheets modeling and data skills
- Clear communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- High ownership, from big-picture strategy down to the details
