Job description for Forwarding Staff - Logistics (C-133172) at RGF HR Agent Indonesia

About The Company:

The working venue is in North Jakarta.

Our client is a Japanese Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for Forwarding Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle export and import processes including documentation and procedures
Prepare and provide quotations for customers and potential customers
Manage customs clearance operations for both import and export shipments
Handle customer relationships including maintaining existing accounts and addressing customer needs
Responsible for daily operational activities in freight forwarding
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree preferably from logistics major
Business level English
Minimum 3 years of experience as forwarding function in the freight forwarding industry
Having PPJK certification is highly preferred
Good understanding of import and export customs clearance procedures
Demonstrates loyalty, integrity, and professionalism, proven ability to lead and coordinate a team
Able to join immediately
