Job description for Foreman Warehouse at PT Prakarsa Alam Segar (WINGS Group)
Job Descriptions:
- Ensure all activities in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) are executed in accordance with SOPs and related departments.
- Ensure warehouse operations run safely, including proper handling of products, equipment, and prevention of risks such as damage, contamination, loss, fire hazards, and other safety issues.
- Ensure stock accuracy in the WMS based on SAP data and physical stock through regular cycle counts.
- Monitor and report pallet positions and warehouse space utilization.
- Ensure proper material placement according to warehouse layout and storage standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Industrial Engineering or related
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing
- Willing to work in shift system and in a factory / warehouse environment.
- Familiar with data, stock records, and warehouse systems (SAP/WMS experience is a plus).
- Familiar with SOP, GMP, and Good Warehouse Practices.
- Able to work under pressure and meet daily operational targets.
- Problem solving, leadership, and Attention to detail
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
