Job description for Foreman Production at KAMINAMI
Foreman Production:
- Conduct briefings and regular meetings with production operators and production managers regarding work plans, operational constraints, and performance achievements.
- Monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance and cleaning maintenance.
- Control and verify production output reports and production results databases.
- Manage inventory reports of production outputs by performing administrative verification and conducting stock checks.
- Oversee the efficient use of raw materials for production.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) to ensure operations run according to high-quality and safety standards.
- Manage the effective use of machine spare parts.
- Ensure employee competency standards by conducting gap analysis, providing training for new and existing employees based on the results of the gap analysis.
- Calculate production process Cycle Time regularly.
- Monitor the layout area and analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of the layout.
- Operate machines if there are absentee workers.
- Ensure the implementation of 5S and K3 according to company regulations and standards.
- Monitor production processes and product quality and report any discrepancies to the Quality Assurance (QA) division.
- Implement Total Quality Management (TQM) and KAIZEN programs according to ongoing projects in the company.
- Manage the HENKATEN Board.
- Implement the POKA YOKE program with the maintenance, production, and procurement divisions.
