โซ๏ธ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Footwear Development / Commercialization.
โซ๏ธ Engineering background, ideally Industrial Engineering / Footwear / Production.
โซ๏ธ Experience in Product Development, Costing & Production Process Improvement.
โซ๏ธ Strong understanding of Footwear Manufacturing, Technical Validation & Quality.
โซ๏ธ Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
โซ๏ธ Fluent in English and willing to be based in Madiun.
โซ๏ธ Passionate about Sports & Footwear is a strong advantage.
