We are currently looking for a Food Product Developer to join our team and lead the development of new food products from ideation, formulation, and testing to commercial production.
📌 What You'll Do
- Conduct market and food trend research to identify new product opportunities.
- Develop product formulations and conduct product trials.
- Evaluate product quality including taste, texture, aroma, and stability.
- Prepare product specifications, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Support sourcing and evaluation of raw materials and suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development process.
- Ensure products comply with food safety standards and regulations.
✨ We're Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Has at least 1 year of experience in Food R&D or Product Development.
- Understands food processing, sensory analysis, and product scale-up processes.
- Is curious, open-minded, and enjoys experimentation.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and growing startup environment.
