- Assist in daily Food & Beverage operations (service & preparation)
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests
- Support serving food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
- Help manage guest requests and ensure satisfaction
- Learn basic product knowledge (menu, ingredients, service standards)
Requirements :
- Student or fresh graduate from Hospitality / Tourism / related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends & holidays
