Lovina Beach Club and Resort is a beachfront hospitality destination in North Bali, offering a relaxed tropical atmosphere, quality food and beverage experiences, and warm Balinese hospitality
Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily F&B operation, maintaining service and product standards, driving revenue, and leading the team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management or a similar position
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Guest-oriented with good attention to detail
- Able to manage F&B cost, revenue, inventory, and operational targets
- Creative and proactive in developing F&B offerings and promotions
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Hospitality experience in a resort or beach club is an advantage
- Able to join immediately or within a short notice period
