Job description for Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) at The Bountie Hotel Sukabumi
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all F&B Service and F&B Product operations, including Restaurants, Bars, and Banquets/Events.
- Prepare operational budgets, control food & beverage costs, and achieve F&B revenue targets.
- Develop menu concepts, F&B promotional activities, and culinary experiences in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP/OHS).
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Management.
- At least 3 years of experience as an F&B Manager in starred hotels or fine dining establishments.
- In-depth understanding of financial analysis, cost control, and F&B marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and a customer-centric approach.
