Job description for Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor at Pilar Corporation
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management. Marketing, Food & Beverage or a related discipline.
2. Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in Hospitality, F&B preferably within the hotel industry.
3. Demonstrated excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
4. Strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed established FB targets.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct Food Beverage Department team and networking activities to promote the hotel's F&B products and services.
2. Actively promote restaurant offerings, banquet facilites, catering services, meeting packages, social events and other F&B related product.
3. Maintain accurate records of F&B activities, client interactions and business opportunities
4. within the company F&B database,
5. Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with F&B client and other potential business partners.
6. Prepare timely F&B reports, forecast and performance analyses for management review.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of F&B strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance revenue generations and brand awareness.
8. Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Banquet, Sales & Marketing and operations team to ensure the succesful execution of event and guest satisfaction.
