Job Description
- Vendor Regitstration & Update and Generate Invoicing
- Maintain Inventory and Handle e-Proc
- Update delivery.
Qualification
- Min. S-1 degree in Economy/IT/Industrial , from recognized University GPA > 3.00 with at least 1 year of working experience (compulsory) in import/export & help to prepare tender proposal,and Import Permit.
- With max age 30 year with good health condition
- Able to use correct English in formal conversation and in writing work document reports would be an advantage.
- Good computer skills, knowledge of MsOffice, Powerpoint and ever worked with accounting software is an advantage, or ever worked for forwarding agent.
- Proven work experience in handling troubleshooting in work flow will be an advantage
- Able to adopt for working in a small firm, self-initiative, hard-working and able to communicate well at all levels.
- Only interested candidates with first starter annual income less than Rp 60 million may apply.
