Job description for FO Admin at Cake Empire
*Overview*:
We are seeking a warm, engaging, and service-oriented individual to join our team at Cake Empire Bali as a Guest Relations Officer (GRO). This role focuses on creating a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The GRO will be the face of our shop, assisting walk-in customers, managing inquiries, supporting dine-in service, and helping with events.
*Key Responsibilities*
Front-of-House / Guest Relations :
Greet and welcome all walk-in guests with warmth and professionalism.
Provide product knowledge and answer questions about cakes, classes, and services.
Offer cake slices and drinks for guests dining in-store, ensuring a pleasant café-style experience.
Support smooth customer flow during busy periods, tastings, or events.
Ensure the shop and dine-in area always look presentable and inviting.
*Sales & Customer Service*:
Handle inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and in-person.
Assist guests with bookings, quotations, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with the pastry and decorator team to ensure accurate order details.
Support upselling of cakes, slices, add-ons, and packages.
*Administration Support* :
Maintain accurate order records and guest information.
Prepare daily and weekly sales/guest reports.
Assist with stock levels for packaging, decorations, and shop supplies.
Support basic cashiering and receipt handling.
*Marketing & Social Media Support* :
Post simple in-store content (photos, stories, reels) provided by the marketing team.
Respond to guest comments/messages online in a timely, professional manner.
Share feedback from guests with the marketing team to improve customer engagement.
