Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee overall F&B operations and multi-outlet performance.
2. Develop business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
3. Monitor P&L, food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses.
4. Ensure operational standards, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
5. Lead, develop, and manage outlet managers and operational teams.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the F&B industry.
2. At least 3–5 years in a senior management position.
3. Proven experience managing multiple outlets or restaurant operations.
4. Strong business acumen, financial management, and leadership skills.
5. Results-oriented with a strong focus on profitability and growth.
