Job description for Flutter Programmer at Total IT
About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Flutter Programmer to join our R&D team. You will build and maintain mobile applications for both Android and iOS from feature definition to release, collaborating closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development: Build, maintain, and optimize mobile apps using Flutter and Dart for Android and iOS.
- API & Data: Integrate REST APIs, manage state, and handle data flow, caching, and offline behavior.
- Quality & Testing: Debug, test, write clean code, and fix production issues to ensure app performance and stability.
- Publishing: Support app releases to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers and backend developers to define specs and deliver features on time.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Hands-on experience building mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of REST APIs, state management, clean code, Git, debugging, and testing. Comfortable using VS Code or equivalent IDEs.
- Education: Minimum D3 degree (any major).
- Languages: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, with English skills sufficient to read technical documentation.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong problem-solving skills, and a reliable team player.
- Work Setup: Willing to work 100% on-site (WFO) in Jakarta, Monday to Saturday (09:00 – 17:00)
Nice to Have:
- End-to-end experience publishing apps to Google Play and the App Store.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Firebase, push notifications, or in-app analytics.
- Native Android or iOS development experience.
