Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) is mandatory, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Dart and the Flutter framework.
- Understanding of mobile state management such as Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, GetX, or other relevant patterns.
- Experience in developing Android and iOS applications from development through deployment.
- Good understanding of REST API integration, JSON, authentication, token handling, and API error handling.
- Familiarity with local storage solutions such as SharedPreferences, Hive, SQLite, or secure storage.
- Familiarity with push notifications, deep links, background services, and mobile permission handling.
- Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles to ensure applications are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Proficiency with Git for version control.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills for mobile applications.
- Good communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams, open to feedback, and capable of explaining technical issues clearly.
- Experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment is an advantage.
- Understanding of mobile application security concepts such as secure token storage, certificate pinning, and data encryption is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Flutter mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
- Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into responsive, functional, and user-friendly mobile features.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs, authentication services, push notifications, file upload/download, and other third-party services.
- Ensure application performance, stability, responsiveness, and compatibility across multiple devices and OS versions.
- Implement secure mobile development practices, including secure token handling, encrypted communication, secure local storage, input validation, and session management.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, including crashes, performance bottlenecks, UI issues, and API integration errors.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-structured Flutter/Dart code following best practices.
- Perform unit testing, widget testing, integration testing, and support QA testing activities.
- Support mobile application release processes, including build preparation, app signing, versioning, deployment, and app store submission.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications through bug fixes, feature improvements, refactoring, and technical debt reduction.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards, software architecture, and mobile engineering best practices.
