Flutter Mobile Developer (Full-Time, Remote)
We're looking for a Flutter Mobile Developer to join our growing team and help us build and improve real production mobile apps.🚀
This is a full-time role, fully remote, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to commit and grow with us.
what you'll do 🛠️
- build and maintain mobile apps using Flutter (Dart)
- work closely with product & design to ship features end-to-end
- debug issues, improve performance, and keep the app stable
- communicate progress, blockers, and updates in a remote setup (english)
what we're looking for 👀
- hands-on experience with Flutter (production, freelance, or serious personal projects)
- understands how mobile apps actually work (not just UI)
- experience with state management (bloc, provider, getx, riverpod, etc.)
- comfortable debugging issues and figuring things out independently
- able to manage your own time and deliver consistently
nice to have ✨
experience with native iOS (Swift / SwiftUI) or Android
experience publishing apps to App Store / Play Store
experience using AI tools (chatgpt, cursor, copilot, etc.) to support development
experience working with international / remote teams
