Job description for Floor at Hanam Bbq Umalas
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Assist with tableside preparation or Korean BBQ grilling (if required).
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest needs and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Floor Service / Server in a Korean Restaurant
- Good command of English (both verbal and written).
- Solid understanding of Korean food, dining etiquette, and culture.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Domicile in Bali
