Job description for Floor Supervisor at Mapogu Coffee & Eatery

Mengawasi kegiatan operasional harian di area restoran/kafe.
Memastikan standar pelayanan kepada pelanggan dijalankan dengan baik oleh seluruh tim service.
Mengatur pembagian tugas waiter/waitress selama operasional berlangsung.
Melakukan briefing sebelum shift dimulai dan evaluasi setelah operasional selesai.
Menangani keluhan pelanggan secara profesional dan mencari solusi yang tepat.
Memastikan kebersihan, kerapian, dan kenyamanan area pelayanan selalu terjaga.
Mengawasi kesiapan meja, perlengkapan makan, serta kebutuhan operasional lainnya
