Job description for Floor Supervisor at Izzy Group
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations on the bar floor, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
2. Train, mentor, and motivate floor staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
3. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tables and seating arrangements.
4. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
5. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.
6. Enforce compliance with health and safety standards, as well as company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
8. Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional activities and events.
9. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
10. Foster a positive team culture and work environment.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Knowledge of bar operations, including drink preparation and service.
6. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred:
1. Certification in hospitality or relevant field.
2. Previous experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
3. Understanding of local alcohol regulations.
